This lovely holiday cottage with a view of fields and woodland with nature all around would be a great option for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is possible to see deer grazing in the field outside the cottage. Furnished to a very high standard this cottage is light and spacious offering a good standard of self catering accommodation. The Cottage near to Canterbury with its wealth of restaurants, Cathedral and shopping opportunities, along with a range of country pubs to be found nearby.

We've discovered a gem! "The Barn" has been a perfect home from home for us, from which to explore Kent. The surroundings are idyllic and the wildlife, especially the Deer, a real treat to see.

I wonderful week spent in kent! with "The Barn" being the perfect base for our adventures! A quiet, peaceful and well equipped haven with interesting wildlife right outside the window- hours spent in the mornings and evenings watching the Rabbits, guinea fowl, deer, foxes, a badger and even a woodpecker!. We had a great time exploring the area (both Dover and Leeds Castles are fantastic) from this handy central location. A wonderful welcome from our hosts ( Maureen and Chris) made us feel at home – thank you for the wine – without being intrusive. A truly memorable holiday! thank you.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely, peacefully environment. We particularly appreciated the artistic eye which designed much of the "Barn"!. Thank you for beautiful flowers and eggs, a nice surprise. We found this place to be a very good situation to discover Kent and it was convenient for many places. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness.

Reservation Enquiries

Prices range from £450 (Off-Peak) to £750 (Peak) for 7 nights. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3pm and asked to leave before 10am, at the end of their stay. Guests are required to pay a £100 deposit to secure their reservation. The full reservation cost must be paid 30 days prior to your stay.

Directions

Take M20 junction 10.

Take A20 towards Sellindge, after 0.8 miles turn left into Bockham Lane, follow to T-junction and turn Right, then take first left into Hampton Lane and follow to the end. Turn Left and the property can be found first on left.
